If I had an amazing tufted ottoman like this, I'd use it as a painting-stool, too.

Man, everything about this photo is great. The mix of the rustic mission style furnishings and then that fancy ottoman and the hobby horse, plus her wearing a swimsuit - so California!
I grew up in So Cal (Ventura) and was very influenced by all of this stuff, too, especially the Sunset Magazines.
