I was a young teen in the seventies, and my Mom worked for a psychiatric hospital. She would take periodic trips there to re-stock the ceramics classroom, and I always got to go along. A fascinating place. Greenware, molds, glazes supplies were purchased there. The fountain was glorious at the corner when it was running. My kids were also intrigued by the artwork.
